Work Experience & Education

I've spent my entire career helping people be more effective and productive, in my positions as:

  • Behavior therapist and program manager in human services programs
  • Office manager for national real estate and engineering companies 
  • Local Census Office Manager for the federal government
  • Psychotherapist/Clinical Social Worker
  • Small business owner
  • Professional organizer and time management consultant for the past 10 years.

My educational background includes a B.A. degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Social Work (MSW), as well as a Certificate as Specialist in Chronic Disorganization from the Institute for Challenging Disorganization, and Certification as a Certified Professional Organizer (CPO).  


 As a result of this background, I bring a broad variety of experience to help you and your teams learn the most effective strategies for organizing your work spaces and your schedules.

My mission is to bring all that I have learned from these varied experiences and trainings to help you and your team:

  • stop wasting time, 
  • let go of the physical, emotional, and mental clutter that holds you back, and 
  • learn how to be more productive and less stressed.

Community Involvement

 I have always been very involved in community and professional organizations, so I know how challenging it can be to balance your life with a variety of different activities.  Some of my activities have included:

  • President of the New England chapter of the National Speakers Association (2016-2017).
  • Member of the Golden Circle of NAPO (National Association for Productivity and Professional Organizers), trainer for their New Organizer Workshops and Quantum Leap community-outreach program, and past national co-chair of the Speaking for Fees Special Interest Group.
  • In Toastmasters International. served as Area and Division Governor, Past President of both the Upper Cape Toastmasters and Marion Toastmasters clubs, and have earned the rank of Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM). 
  • 5 years of service on the Mashpee Hoarding Task Force, helping my local community develop resources for people with hoarding challenges.
  • Past President of Boston NOW (National Organization for Women).
  • Past board member of the American Business Women's Association Cape Cod chapter. 
  • Actress, Singer, Dancer, Reagle Music Theatre (because I have to have some fun time too)!
